In DL crystal shop,we are responsible that each product sold by live channels are natural crystals or minerals. And each piece is clearly described and displayed with full details before claim. Any claims received if not sameas claimed in live, we are fully responsible and you may contact us directly and immediately for service. And plz notice under cameral shooting close, objects look bigger than acturtal size, if not sure , make comparisons with host hand or request to measure the size.
1.About change and cancel
Change during the live, after live no remove or change. Baskets close in one week , if extra time needed, communicate with your host please. 
2.Ship as payment go. Unless told to hold, orders will be shipped as payment does to the address when payment made.International shipping is not applicable to change address after shipping out . Tracking number is updated on one final payment one time for one order even there are multiple payments for one shipment by paypal within 48hr after shipping agent fetches the package. 
3.Return policy. Order is fufilled after all below service done, including picking crystals in live and sending shipping order photos and invoice by email before shipping and delivery by shiping company. There is no returnpolicy for internation customized picking crystals in live. 
4. Refund policy. Fragile or crystals which are already unstable or with inner cracks may fall a little during shipping, we don't expect it is damaged for refund if chips or corners fall a little which is the universal standard for selling the raw.  We will wrap hard with tissues and bubbles but if unexpected serious damage happen,plz contact us first for solution,usually a replacement in next order or refund do according to the damage degree. Partial damage but main display part still has value ,20%to 50$ redund will do.Totally destroyed by shipping 100% will do. But make sure check immediately after receiving the box, take photos of outside box, shipping lable ,internal packing material and the damage piece clearly. which are proofs to easy identify for refund.
5.lifelong service. Once ordered from our shop, you may get localities any time for products purchased from our shop or other shops, you may contact us by our sales service IG.
